Well now Emily says they do NOT have my Fax Back form on file.

This inspite of the fact that I have been emailed 3 times in the past 3 months being told YES we HAVE received your fax back form.

Seems odd since they told me they had sent the check then I asked for the tracking number now they say they do not have the fax back form.

Hey RTG is you are reading this could you look into it please? I already filled out the complaint form on your website.

What now?
