I have filled in the complaint form the day you posted it. I received a letter stating it was being looked into 10 days ago.
On my own I contacted Inet Bet again about my problem and it is getting all mixed up again just like the last 4 months. So as far as you know the last response you have given me is the email 10days ago. The manager at Inet Bet did not know anything about the complaint form you started.
So what are you doing with my complaint???
First I am told by the manager at Inet Bet that it appears my check was sent. I ask her for the tracking number and hear nothing. I email again 2 times and then get a response oh we don't have your fax back form. Well I have 3 emails from Inet Bet stating they have indeed received the fax back form.
So what are we going to go through the same BS again. Come on do something.
What is going on. It seems as if it is business as usual with you guys. This is not good if you are trying to improve your reputation.
