My card is a prepaid card ia Axxess.They say they have declined 0% of any of my transactions when there is credit available..Even though 90% of my deposits get refused by the casino after the bank have had a request from the casino for money.Yep,they ask the bank for the money,then say they don't want it,leaving my money in cyberspace for a fortnight atleast.
In fact;when i first tackled the bank quoting why my deposits are being declined and that the said casino reckon it must be them(the bank),the bank got pretty narked pretty quick and said if i could get that in writing,that they would pass the info onto thier legal dept the same day.When i mentioned this to the casino ia email,they mysteriously forgot to answer,3 times!
