Early this week the random number generator smiled upon me and I was lucky enough to win a nice little sum at Lasseter’s. In fact, this was the single biggest one time hit in my limited gambling career (aside from the $5K weekend at the Louisiana riverboats but that’s another story entirely!)
However, the point of this post is not to talk about this win; the point of this post is multi-fold.
(1) I know that I will get my check from Lasseter’s.
(2) The procedure from seeing the winning symbols pop up to an e-mail notifying me that the win was erified occurred in less than one hour.
(3) All correspondence with the customer service staff at Lasseter’s in this instance and in past correspondence has been efficient, professional and courteous.
(4) The information in this site and other enues (Got2Bet, Casinomeister, Fairbet, GamingBroadcast to mention a few) I consider reputable were key to helping me make my decisions about where to “invest” my recreational gambling funds in reputable places and this led me to Lasseter’s.
I am a relative “babe in the woods” when it comes to online gambling (less than one year) and it is for recreational purposes only. In fact, it took me about six months before I even stuck my toe in the water with one casino. In each case, my decision was greatly influenced by (1) reputation (and god did I troll through what must have been a thousand posts!) and (2) the kind of customer service I have received.
