Spear, I am responding to your longest post you have written on this board, ie the one at 4:23 a.m. LOL

I have to a little disagree that "bad software & few bonuses don't matter". In fact, bad software is always annoying, only when you are playing smooth that you feel pleasant in the first place no matter win or lose afterwards. And bonuses, too few is always unwelcome because there are lots of competitions out there offering fair-enough bonuses. Unlike franchised casinos in Macau, where they don't need to compete with others in bonuses to snatch customers.

Talking of good support, ery true. One point I have always pointed out is that whenever casino groups wishing to penetrate into a specific cultural market, they must grasp their language. Take HK & Taiwan for example, I have never found one casino which offers support in spoken Chinese. I've known so many casinos providing toll-free number for HK, but they are all English speaking, what a joke!

Do not expect a Chinese who is good at internet & downloading...computer stuffs, who reads T&C reasonably well is good at spoken English. Nor is he willing to talk & clarify his puzzles using a second language. Westerners always have to clarify things ia phone, they are Okay since they, every days & nights, speak in English, argue in English, think in English, dream in English. Now, when Chinese have so many to ask before they dare to play, they are stucked in their asking. Many would rather not play because of this. What a waste to the casino operators!

So, I am putting this question to DHCM, since the brand name of DrHo, Chinese market is a piece of cake to you. But if you might be able to open a service center in spoken Chinese, along with convenient & secure banking options, then the growth rate in Chinese market will be compounded. Why not give it a thought?
