I know RTG casinos have been getting a lot of bad press lately but it's only fair that they also receive credit when deserved.

Twin Aces has proven to me that they not only have the resources to pay big winners but they do so in a professional and courteous manner. Recently I had a scorching bit of good luck and turned a $1000 deposit into over 50K all at BJ. I say this not to brag about a big win but to acknowledge that Twin Aces' pay-out of this win has been top notch. I was paid $20K in a lump sum (though their stated policy is to pay $5K per week) and the following week another $5K wire was in my bank account like clockwork.

I have not lost big at Twin Aces before so this is not a casino simply trying to keep one of their high rollers happy, my experience indicates that this is just typical good customer service.
