I am owed by Casino Merlin also. They put the "Safebet Platinum" logo on their website, even though they were only Safebet Gold. I notified Safebet about this, and received this reply on October 23:

"Thanks for the info! The previous owners of Casino Merlin had chosen Gold Membership. SafeBet is working with Casino Merlin to hopefully get them to Platinum, and also to correct the error."

"Either way, you should feel secure that Casino Merlin abides by the SafeBet 10 Standards of Fairness. Should you have any problems with them, you have the option to submit a dispute under the Dispute Resolution Section of <A HREF="http://www.safebet.org."" TARGET=_blank>www.safebet.org."</A>

I later put in a SafeBet dispute but I haven't heard anything back on it yet. If I do I'll let you know...
