well damn. i cleared the bonus on sunday and the bonus was credited to my account on monday. but since i deposited via firepay (on saturday), the software would only allow me to withdraw to firepay, and they have a 4 business day waiting period for firepay. so i couldn't initiate a withdrawal until friday morning, and even then it would only let me cashout the amount of my deposit. and that STILL hasn't hit my firepay, almost 36 hours later.

support basically won't respond to my emails. i saved a few bucks on fees by using firepay since i didn't have funds sitting in my neteller, but it's turned out to be NOT worth it.
