Hello

I met all the wagering requirements at a microgaming site called roxypalace (www.roxypalace.com) it is one of the new sites. I did a withdrawal sent some id picture of me and received a confirmation that my cashin will be processed. The casino has 5x play trough deposit and bonus, which i played over.
Then i received an email stating that our wagering requirements have changed that you must cashin an amount greater than the deposit and bonus in order to cashin the bonus. CAN THEY DO THIS=? After saying that my withdrawal will be processed they say that they have changed the rules....
In my opinion this is unacceptable. I already did a complaint of this will be seeing if they process my withdrawal.
What do you other guys think about this?
If my withdrawal will be processed i will post another message here saying so.. But lets see.
