iVegas would have told the OPA to bug off anyway. They were already on the "Not Recommended" list, and a company that has successfully pulled off bank fraud on the scale they did (Galaxiworld) isn't going to worry about the OPA.
I don't agree with Julie's opinion on that case, but I respect the work she does, and I don't think she should be blamed for Galaxiworld's intransigence in that situation.
