Topic: When is a chargeback OK? Forum: Winner Online

If, and only if the casino stiffed you on a legitimate bonus offer, or failed to pay you your winnnings, then you may have a legitimate chargeback. If you are simply mad because you lost money while playing a game of chance, then don't do a chargeback.

If you have a legitimate reason to charge back, then contact your bank.
Be ery careful of this and make sure you have a well documented complaint.
