Topic: When is a chargeback OK? Forum: Winner Online

I've gambled online for over 2 years and in that time I've deposited at least 15-20K in online gambling and never considered doing a chargeback. But after the last 3 casinos I played at, I got screwed every time. All 3 three of them won't respond to my emails and they have no phone number listed.

So I'm wondering, when is a chargeback ok? They were all credited using paypal, so if I do a chargeback for them, will paypal close my account? Even though I've been using them for over a year and never had any issues?

I understand sometimes you'll when and sometimes you'll loose, but when the payout table shows you should have won $500 but they only credit you with $10, I don't think I should have to tolerate that.
