Paypal is best suitable for US citizen, but not non-US citizen. It's real expensive for international account.
But there is a trick you can use to minimize the transaction cost incurred by Paypal. Deposit the money in your Paypal account into a casino(of course they must accept Paypal deposit). Then withdraw all at once(or you can play for a while there) by wire transfer. This should cost you fewer. The more you do it this way, the more you save. This works for me.
