Kinda expensive in a way, but actually the exchange rate fluctuation still looks better than most banks I see.

If you get a chance, go to a bank with a forex board which displays the buy and sell rates - and look at the difference between buying and selling rates. I would enture that 7 cents CDN is well within the norm.

Still, your point is taken - it can be a bit expensive to use PayPal for transactions unless you are a net winner.
