I believe you are correct. Think of it as a cycle. A cycle would be the average number of pulls required to hit the jackpot. If t takes three million pulls (on average) to hit a jackpot. Then, you will have lost 3% of your money each cycle. If you do not hit a jackpot in the 3 million pulls, then the loss would be 3% plus the jackpot for that cycle. It is possible you may hit two jackpots on the next cycle which would bring the ig back to 3%
Jacks or Better gives a better shot. 42,000 hands per cycle (royal) with a 0.5% ig.
