Have you contacted the casino about this? That should be your next step; although, I've found that in general Cryptologic casinos to have ery poor customer service, and really don't answer their Emails.

Recently, I sent 3 emails to a Cryptologic casino and still have not received an answer. Needless to say, I'm not ery impressed (and the name of this Cryptologic casino would surpise you).
