I was forwarded this morning your comments on CasinoCortez.com and I felt that it was only right that I respond and set the record straight.
Your comments are about CasinoCortez's business practices and are pure hearsay.
You state that you yourself have not gambled and have no personal first hand experience with CasinoCortez.
We are not going to sit down and give you a list of all the customers who have bet and won on with our Casino.
You seem to know our players well and I ask that you contact them and question if they won or lost?
You mention an adjustment of bonuses that were made towards players accounts. The adjustment was made because an incorrect bonus was given to these players. Even after the adjustment was made the bonus left in the players accounts was larger then any other online Casino has given to a player. We honored all winings in the tens of thousands of dolloars. Players accounts were locked because of a red flag that went up and were just making sure everything was correct.
I don't want to spend anymore time explaining to the members of this board if Casino Cortez is worth gambling with or not.
We feel it is, and Im sure those that WON! will agree.
We have payed every player who has gambled with our casino and we have never held a player back from withdrawing his money.
Im sure the amount of time you spent trashing CasinoCortez could be equally matched with compliments, if you gambled for yourself at our casino.
If you feel so strongly against our Casino and would like to talk with us about this issue, please give us your number and let us contact you so we can better understand your dislike for our Casino. If your opinion is wrong you certainly don't want to be a party to misinformation. You obviously feel that your opinion has alue or your would not have it posted on an important board in the gambling community.
You forwarn people not to return to this board with complaints about our casino. Would you consider being payed for winnings a complaint? If so then the people we have paid should be ery angry people... )))
Anytime anyone is concerned about our Casino operations they are more then welcome to contact us.
