Play Money
Play money has no monetary alue. It is used to play the game for fun. Each new player will receive 5000 units of play money upon their registration. There is no fee for Fun Play game.

Real Money
All real money transactions are in US dollars. In real money game, the minimum buy-in is 100 units of the game's stake. It requires at least 20 units of stake to play a hand. You will be requested to buy more chips if your bankroll is less than 20 units of stake.

Fee
There is a fee for any winning in each real money game. The fee is three percent (3 %) of the total winning of each hand. Maximum fee is two dollars (US$2.00) per hand while minimum fee is one cents (US$0.01) per hand. There is no fee when the game ends in a tie. There is no fee for fun play game.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days aried with your location from the date of last deposit to process the withdrawal of winnings. The amount will remain in your account and is available to you to play until the bank draft is issued or the withdraw is sent to NeTeller

Introduction
Traditional mahjong is a 4-player money-wagering game. The game is prone to player collusion. In the live game, player collusion can be carried out by signals. In network or internet game player collusion is easily accomplished by arious communication methods. We believe player collusion is the only reason there is no online money-wagering mahjong until now.

Essence of Mahjong
In mahjong, each player plays against three opponents. Due to the rule that only the player on the right-handed side can have option to claim a discarded tile to form a Chow, each player has more influence over player to the right during the play. Each player tries to complete the hand while trying to keep other players, especially the player to the right, from completing their the hands. The right-sided player thus becomes the primary opponent

No Collusion Method
There are two human players and two irtual players at each table. The human players will sit across the the table. The irtual players will take the other two seats. Each human player will team up with the left-sided irtual player to form a partnership. The human player is responsible for the team-mate's loss. The irtual player's winnings will go to the human team-mate.

Rationale of Partnership
The irtual players are programmed to play at the same skill level. They are impartial. They play to win for themself. They treat their team-mates as the opponents.
In this arrangement, the human player's play will affect the the winning or loss of the right-sided irtual player and thus indirctly affect the winning or loss of the human opponent, the irtual player's team-mate.
Since the irtual palyers are impartial and there are only two human players at the table, there will be no risk of player collusion while maintaining the essence of the game.

Bankroll
After the player buys chips, the chips will be displayed at the left lower corner. The opponents' chips will be displayed at the right upper corner. For each hand, half of the chips will be counted as the bankroll of the irtual player and the other half the human player.
The irtual player will use its portion of bankroll for settlement purpose. After the settlement of each hand, all chips of each partnership will be grouped together and displayed.

In the screen shot of the table above, Player A and Player C are human players while Player B and Player D are Computer players (virtual players).
Players A and D are Partners while Players B and C are Partners.
The Bankroll (Chips) at the left lower corner belongs to Players A and D.
The Bankroll at the right upper corner belongs to Players B and C.

Table stake
At the beginning of the hand, Player A and Player D will have half of their bankroll (Left lower corner) as their stake for the hand while Player B and Player C will have half of their bankroll as their stake.
For example, if the bankroll of players A and C at the left lower corner is 100 , Players A and C will have 50 each to start the hand. Player A cannot lose more than 50 in this particular hand to any players and cannot win more than 50 from any players. The same is true for player C

Virtual Players
The irtual players ( computer players ) are programmed to play at the same skill level. They are impartial to other players, human or irtual. They are also impartial to their team-mates. They play to win for themself even at the expenses of their team-mate. Their winnings or losses are their team-mates' winnings or losses

Summary
In order to eliminate player collusion while maintaining the essence of mahjong each table will have two human players and two computer players ( Virtual Players ). Each human player will have the left-sided irtual player as partner in the game. The human player is responsible for the partner's winning or loss.
