Max had every reason to comment as he did.
The first post by Van Doom suggested that Crypto should respond since they own this site. Max jumped in saying you'd be better off dealing with crypto support then on the forum. That is true, crypto never took an interest of the boards before they owned it nor after they bought it. Max was simply saying just because they own the board don't expect them to respond to the question here. Whats the big deal?
Yes, it would be nice for crypto to answer some questions. The only thing Max can do is possible point someone from crytpo to this thread.
