I just experienced my first casino "lockout". After 3 sessions of small winnings at Casino Extreme, they have locked me out for "bonus abuse". It is true that I played there only when a bonus was offered, but I always met all wagering conditions. (To the casino's credit, I was always paid ery promptly).

The reason I am surprised is that their bonus format seemed to guarantee appropriate player risk s. the bonus offered - - - the bonus could only be withdrawn if the player wagered 8x AND ended up with a balance greater than the deposit plus bonus. This format actually encouraged me to quit playing earlier than normal - - after 8x I was just a small amount ahead of the "withdrawal bogey", so any additional wagering risked not only the actual wager but the entire bonus.

On a related note, I am NOT locked out of their sister site, Casino Heat, even though I have played there only with bonuses as well. The difference must be that I have a couple of losing sessions along with a few winning sessions.

Anyway, I am not really complaining. I agree with others who have said that a casino has the right to choose the customers they want. Since the locked me out AFTER paying me my winnings and BEFORE I made my next deposit, I feel they are within their rights.
