Happened to me once. Signed up in the flash ersion of a MG-casino. The flash accountnumber is slightly different from the download accountumber.
When I claimed the bonus I got the message that my account was invalid, because the "promotionmanager" didn't recognice the flash accountnumber.

Sent them an email and they sorted it out.
