Intercasino is great.

I have never had a problem with them. They -and pretty much all cryptologic casinos - pay back paypal and credit card refunds ery quickly.

Their checks take weeks to arrive but I understand that they do ACH almost instantly (though it is a big hassle to initially sign up with).

I noticed that you mentioned that paypal itself takes a while to credit withdrawals from casinos. Based on extensive experience with paypal in the non-casino world, I can tell you that this is simply a myth created by casinos to justify being slow with things. Casinos have paypal business accounts which act likes yours and ours in most ways -- i.e. transactions are completed instantly. Paypal credits withdrawals as fast as they credit deposits into casinos. Someone a while back said, "it's like how federal express overnight deliveries take 3 weeks to arrive from casinos".
