I just don't know why the casinos are in such way, the rules are set by them! and if they don't like that, say min. deposit, min. hand, then just set them high to satisfy them ! but not use such excuse as "ABUSE" when they players play by their rules and want to cash out.
We have no "responsibility" to play "more" than the requirements in order to "support" them or not being acused. Ridiculous~
