First of all they had some good cash increase for Q1. It needed me some time to figure out where it came from. Looks like from reserves with CC processors. The cash will let them live some quarters but I think you also would not consider the below as too good:

USA and New York Casinos Re-launch with Playtech Software
ST JOHN'S, Antigua, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- InterContinental Casinos (ICC), owner of two of the most reputable and established casinos on the Internet has announced plans to re-launch both casinos with exciting new software provided by Playtech N.V.

The new software will increase the number of games from 12 to 49, adding many new features for players including instant access to detailed game histories, close-up modes for slots and card games and powerful tools to enable loyal players to be rewarded automatically.

This move will bring to an end ICC's close and long-term relationship with Swedish software developer Boss Media.

InterContinental Casinos was Boss Media's first licensee group, with USA Casino being launched to wide acclaim in May 1998. New York Casino followed later that year and in 2000 the group added InterContinental Casino.

Playtech will now provide the software and ICC is looking forward to providing players with the most customer-focused and entertaining gaming platform available.

ICC is keen to assure existing customers that their accounts will remain active with the new software and that no players will suffer because of the move. All players are being kept fully informed about the changeover.

I would not buy into the stock right now.
