Crapshoot, if these people are enforcing a wagerthru' that is not covered in their T&Cs then that is bad casino practice and a complainable offence. I would attempt to get beyond the CSR (who generally have no discretion in these matters) and speak to a supervisor or casino manager. If that doesn't work then I would suggest that you submit an online OPA complaint.
And you might submit another complaint to the Internet Gaming Council (the "real" IGC) if the casino is displaying their membership logo too.
World Gaming certainly seem to be having hassles with their licencees doing weird stuff these days...
