How about an observation from a fairly new poster? Anyone interested?
Well I am going to give it...
AmateurSleuth...I think you are way off base. I think that there is a lot more "negative press" here than positive. I think that the way people that post positive things get treated is way worse than the way people that post negative things are.
To tell you the truth I was afraid to say something good because of all the negativity I see in here.
I really don't see many of you doing anything to solve the problems you are "dog piling on".
Most of you are regurgitating the same babble over and over again. This is less about discussing good solutions that it is about members feuding with each other.
If I didn't know better I would think that some of you hate each other.
I think that everyone needs to take a look at their selves sometime...look in the mirror. If you are a "shill" or a "hate monger" you are probably wrong.
NOTHING is ever as good or bad as it seams.
I think that these boards are a lot less effective than you guys think they are. They are mostly isited by the same old people that have the same old arguement over and over again (then they go to another board and do the same thing).
If a brand new player happened into this board they could either walk out thinking that the online gambling industry is about to collapse because every casino screws everyone or they could walk out and drop a thousand dollars in an hour because they think it is the greatest thing since the invention sliced bread.
More likely they will leave with their heads spinning because NO ONE proves anything and just throws out "opinion" after "opinion" that has ery little basis in reality.
