Odds on getting a Royal when:
Holding one RF card: 1 in 178,365
Holding 2 RF cards: 1 in 16,215
Holding 3 RF cards: 1 in 1081
Holding 4 RF cards: 1 in 47
The odds of being dealt a Royal are about 1 in 650,000.
This assumes there are no "wild" cards.
As someone else ery wisely said, the "trick" is to play the proper strategy for the game of your choice, be adequately financed and let the Royals take care of themselves.
For what it's worth, I hit 13 Royals last year, all at brick-and-mortar casinos, but I also play quite a bit. I *finally* had one dealt to me and it came less than 10 minutes after hitting one by drawing to a 4-card Royal.
