I'm not sure if you will be able to take advantage of the signup bonus or not. I'd assumed no. I didn't whore them since the move to Prima primarily because they didn't have a bonus before they were added to the site. I do know that those with old Party skin accounts need to sign in with their old Intertops username/password. It should then recognize your Prima alias the first time you sign in. I'll try to find out about the bonus....

Edit: I have emailed Intertops, but the more I think about it the more I think players aren't eligible for the bonus if they previously have an account primarily because Intertops doesn't offer a signup bonus through their main site. AFAIK, you have to signup through our link (or another affiliate's link).
