Thanks, Mustang! If you wouldn't mind telling, where did this come from? That is the most comprehensive article I have seen so far - but still no official text LOL.

Note carefully in the paragraph about penalties - it specifically refers to bookmakers - not operators.

The bit about advertising phone numbers or websites is extremely ague LOL. I take this to mean advertising in traditional media, as the Ordinance in the past did NOT include websites which were out of their jurisdiction, and in this case I think it may well be the same.
