Its technical possible to determine a players location and prohibit him from entering some tables. On the other hand internet or other means of communications can be used. Other systems of disallowing people to sit wherever they like and recording of history etc is possible to restrain collusion.

Possible. But such suspicion can be eliminated by certifying the software in reliable jurisdictions.
My question about bonuses is still unanswered. Why are there no bonus war going on in this segment of online gambling. Is business booming in a way that there is no need for bonuses to attract customers or are there no margins allowing it? I suspect most online casinos are stealing from the players and maybe the poker software just has not found a good way yet. Maybe when the house players are developed the offerings starts spamming my mailbox.
