Damian, don't you change neither. You're absolutely right that one would think that all casinos should treat all their steady players well--at a presentation in Toronto, it was pointed out that it costs five times as much to get a new player as to retain an old one. Player service and payment processing are at crisis points in the industry as a whole.
The OPA did make a compromise in moving to being industry-funded. Player-funded was not enough to accomplish the work we were doing. Mustang's plans are quite economical and could make a template for several such player cooperatives,since there will be some regional differences. I'm all for players organizing, sharing info, forming groups, go for it.
Things should also improve as the UK gets involved with licensing, for everybody except players from North America!
