Does anyone know how long it will take for them to take action?
Before you file the complaint, I want to ask. Have you emailed this group and politely but firmly demanded the return of your funds? If not, I would do that before filing a complaint with the OPA. Try to work it out with the casinos, and then use the OPA as a last resort
If you file an OPA complaint, you will have to be patient. These things take time. Fill out the complaint form and let the OPA do their thing. It will probably take 2 weeks or more (possibly less, but probably not).
Refrain, from making XYZ Casino sucks kind of posts.
Note that the OPA can only do so much. Just because you've filed a complaint does not mean it will be resovled. It only means the OPA will try to have the matter resolved.
Good luck.
