Does it?? The casino is still owned by Aspinalls and Aspinalls is still responsible for what happens at Aspinalls Online. If you buy a Coke at your local store and something is wrong with it, the ultimate responsibility is with Coca Cola, not with your local store.
Aspinalls is not guilty of anything being done in the past by Golden Palace and because of that they shouldnīt be judged over it either.

Poor argument? Well... Are you pro death sentences too? I definetely believe in giving prior criminals a second chance (if not for their sake, for our sake, so that all criminals wonīt return to old habits...).
This is ultimately a moral issue and surely ppl have different opinions in the case. The fact is still that Aspinalls have done nothing wrong and thus shouldnīt be punished. GP has done things wrong and in their case MAYBE itīs correct to black list them (I think this is questionable. As far as I know the GP group hasnīt been in any trouble for the last 2 years. It might be time to give them a break...)

Feel free to see me as naive. We are born and raised in two entirely different cultures. In Sweden our juridicial system is based on forgiveness (short sentences) and itīs worked fine so far (relatively low criminality). I donīt know about HK, but my guess would be a system based more on zero-tolerance similar to Singapores? Hmm, Japan has ery low criminality and short sentences as well so I might be wrong about HK??

Aspinalls is the company to judge here, not GP. Aspinalls is resposible for the casino, not GP.
GP has everything to win by seeing to that Aspinalls is run perfectly. IF GP wouldnīt manage to do that Iīm sure Aspinalls would kick them out.
