Yes, Global Player has regular tournaments and if you get the Global Edition of Intercasino they have them too.

At Global Player, if you make to final, you get to go toe to toe with the Gamemaster Himself. If he gets lucky and wins, , the pot rolls over to next tournament. Spectators can watch the finals. It's pretty slick. Very popular.

Intercasino's are great too. Everyone starts with the same amount and plays for the designated period and the top player wins the pot. There are runner ups too.

Those would be my top two suggestions.
