I want to clarify one thing:
When PWC did its initial in-house inspection of Microgaming, in order to make the decision to publish its monthly "special report", it did review the back-offices. But, since then, there has been NO further review.
Therefore, its possible that after PWC's intial inspection was completed, Microgaming could have "fipped the switch" back to cheat mode. In other words, while PWC was there, the games were honest, but after they left, Microgaming could have SWITCHED the back-end SERVER SOFTWARE.
I have no proof that this is what happened.
And by no means is there any evidence of dishonesty on the part of Microgaming.
But you're right, Will, PWC gives themselves this loophole. They are not conducting an audit. Therefore, how can you trust the results. Players must put thier full trust in Microgaming's honesty, since the PWC report gives a player ery little additional confidence that the games are honest.
