Caruso, usually I respond to people in a decent matter, no matter how polite or impolite they are. But in your case, the only response you're warranted is a simple "f_ck off."

Believe it or not, some people have had bad experiences with online casinos. I know, shocking - huh? Just because your experience at a casino was pleasant does not mean everyone's else was. Why do you seem to have such a problem comprehending this? It's not that complicated.

And again, I never questioned the game's fairness. Please read what you're replying to before you spout off.

And now, I'm pissed that I've had to spend this amount of time responding to you. You would much rather listen to yourself talk and convey the image that you are some type of gambling genius than promote to the friendly nature of this board. If it weren't for smart asses like you, this would truly be a fun messageboard all the time.

So please disregard the rest of this post. I am posting the following for new players - not you. Do you get it?

----------

I am now including a "personal boycott list" in my signature. This is my PERSONAL list. It in no way reflects the opinions of anyone except myself.

I have included online casinos that I feel new players would be better off not isiting. The reasons are aried. I have detailed them below so that you know precisely why. I really don't care if you agree or not. That's why it's [i]my[/] list and not yours. I have learned a lot in the last eight months of gambling online from the few quality posters on this board who share their knowledge and expertise (with little, if any, snide remarks and attitude).

CASINOBAR.COM and CASINOONAIR.COM - I have included these sister casinos in my list because of The Wizard of Odds' recent announcement that CasinoBar.com was proven to be cheating when he played there. I had first released my results back in February ( http://www.winneronline.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/003609.html ) and was convinced the casino was rigged in some way. The Wiz took it a step further and figured out how. For these reasons, I recommend that players stay away from these casinos.

REEFCLUBCASINO.COM - After ridiculous responses to board members and retro-actively changing terms and conditions by this casino's management, I would urge all new players not to play at this casino. Despite this casino being affiliated with the ery trustworthy Casino On Net, Reef Club Casino in no way seems to share its sister site's business philosophy.

BLACKJACKBALLROOM.COM - Despite this casino being backed by Microgaming software, I recommend that players not play at this casino because of the poor customer service I received. Given the many options players have with online casinos, I personally feel there is no reason such reputable casinos should give anything but prompt replies. The fact this it took two weeks to get a reponse because of a simple problem is ery disappointing. The fact that casino did not respond to me in the time frame they said is also disappointing.
5/28 - Opened account
6/1 - Cashed out from casino
6/4 - Emailed casino to check up on my cash-in
6/5 - Again emailed casino to check up on my cash-in
6/9 - Called casino and got no answer (someone explained that I might have tried their old number)
6/11 - Called casino and was told the accounts department was not in
6/14 - Emailed casino again
6/14 - Casino responded and said the accounts department would contact me in the next few days
6/16 - Contacted OPA asking if they could urge the casino to contact me
6/16 - OPA says they're on the case
6/22 - Emailed casino accounts department again
6/23 - Mike Craig from the OPA contacts me to tell me the casino had taken care of the problem (thanks again to the OPA)
6/23 - Casino responds and says I'm a little short of the wagering requirements because "double or nothing" option in VP was not considered a bet (and I'm left wondering why it took two weeks to tell me this.)
6/27 - Finally paid by casino

Again, this is just my personal list and the reasons why. I had considered removing Blackjack Ballroom because the casino is generally considered fair, reputable and enjoyable. But, because of the casino's lack of communications with me, I do feel that it could happen to someone else. However, if you want some reasons to play there, I'm sure the always-delightful Caruso could give you some. But I stand by my preference.

------------------
PERSONAL BOYCOTT LIST: CasinoBar.com (proven to be rigged)
CasinoOnAir.com (sister site of CasinoBar.com)
BlackjackBallroom.com (fair games, poor customer service)
ReefClubCasino.com (poor management)
Caruso
