Aside from the "no blackjack" policy for wagering requirements (which I found quite odd, given their name), I was deeply disappointed by their customer service - or, their lack thereof. I have no doubts they offer a fair game, but a casino really needs to complement that with good cutomer service.
I kind of wish more members had this type of signature when I first began gambling online (well, I wish the responsible members did, anyway). It might have steered me clear of some places I wish I hadn't played at.
