Prestige Casino does have a nice sign-up bonus and they did process my Paypal cashout after a few business days. I also like their background music.

I would offer one warning about this casino. They run a "refund" promotion which states that if you deposit a certain amount of money and subsequently lose all of your deposit, they will give you a 50% refund. What they do not tell you is that they may also require your real money account balance to be zero in order to qualify for the 50% refund. Therefore, you should cashout your account before attempting to participate in this type of promotion.
