Caruso, even though you are upset without a reason I still can understand that.
However, before making statements, check your facts.
Playing a ictim and continuing to paint these horrifying pictures of monster casinos taking away the poor player’s winnings may give you a comforting buzz, but sometimes it does not hurt to wake up and face the reality.
At no time did any of Cassava casinos applied its rules retroactively or took anybody’s winnings away. I dare you to find one person who can claim and prove that Reef Club or Casino-on-Net illegitimately took his or her winnings away.
There is a miniscule number of players who are not allowed to cash out their bonuses simply because their action is not welcomed in our casino. Period.
Although I have said this numerous times, I will repeat it again: No New Wagering Requirements Were Applied To Any Of The Players. It does not matter how many times they wagered, they were not allowed to cash out the bonus.
If you have any knowledge of how the B & M casino world works, you would know that if casino gives you free chips, it does not have to follow you around. Most of the time these free chips are unique to the casino and not accepted anywhere else.
Woody0, I could not agree with you more. However, the trust you are talking about, just like in Antwerp, is not a one-way street. It works both ways. We routinely allow our players to cash out without even checking whether they have wagered according to the Bonus Policy or not. They trust us and we trust them. It is that simple. Those who by their action show that they do not deserve this trust, get to use the bonus as a marker for which they are not even liable if they lose it. As to their deposits, you know that these players hardly ever use their own money to play.
