No they are not doing the right thing.

I deposited 100$ 24/7 and received 100$ bonus, after wagering 1000$+ i cashed out 161$.
Then they send me this.

"We regret to inform you that according to our house rules, the Wise Guy Casino does not accept accounts from your area due to the historically high incidence of bonus abuse experienced. As a result we will be closing your account and returning all funds to you minus the bonus amount.

We would just like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Now i have just received 61$ to my Paypal.

They took away my bonus, stole 39$ from me and closed my account, and they are not answering my emails.

They accepted my area enough to take away 39$ from me.

IS THAT THE RIGHT THING?
