writing a good PRNG (pseudorandom number generator) is tough.. hence the use of hardware random number generators that use things like lava lamps and image recognition, or nuclear decay, to generate truly random numbers.
Now, manipulating those numbers so that they still appear random but are in fact in favor of the house.... would be ery difficult to do.
This is why places that cheat, like Casinobar, DO GET CAUGHT.. because it's really hard to cheat and still maintain a random deal.
