Just because a casino meets it's "correct payout percentage" per PWC doesn't make them fair OR not fixed or random or not random.

#1) Keep repeating: It's only software, it's only software, it's only software ...... as proven in the past, PROGRAMMERS write software.

#2) I wonder if or how many "shills" win big at these places to keep the % up ? PWC has no way to erify that.

#4) The fact that 99.9999999% of the intake is paid out doesn't prove them random .... only (possibly) fair - assuming #2 above is false.
