Of late Slycin has attempted to call "bluff" in regard to Sci Fi disputes.
Too late as the OPA have already called the whole of RTG's bluff.
RTG will sit down with the OPA soon i gather and then we can all see the outcome.
I conclude that Slycins new found confidence relating to Sci Fi dispute resolution is borne out of the fact that RTG have decided to tow the line.Maybe RTG are trying to use Slycin,i don't know.
Licensees and RTG themselves have had thier chance to resolve disputes in the past and cannot afford to stick 2 fingers up to the OPA,therefore the player any longer.
The OPA have made the call.
Attempts by others to mediate are futile.
It has gone too far.
I am happy with the overall game plan of the OPA in regard to RTG in general.
I was mistaken all along in calling the GPWA to work more closely with the OPA.Maybe it could have happened once upon a time but too much water has passed under the bridge. As a newbie i was not able to see such. Now i do.
I apologise for ever even mentioning the GPWA and the OPA in the same breath.
