This guy can't solve any disputes at this place or any other RTG sites. They have no control over their licensees whatsoever. This group of casinos here has been stealing from players continously since they opened, all with RTG blessing. RTG is only interested in pocketing their cut by way of licensee fees, otherwise they would have pulled the plug on these thieves months ago.

Microgaming and some of the other Major software providers would never allow a group of casinos to operate like this. They would pull the plug on them, but not RTG.
