nd66, I have been giving some thought to your Ruby Dragon complaint and the OPA policy of generally not accepting complaints from folks who play at OPA NOT RECOMMENDED casinos. Flexibility is rarely a bad thing, especially when it is used in the interests of an aggrieved player and concerns a group that has been the subject of other complaints in the past.

May I suggest that you try approaching the OPA Complaints Section with a special request that they handle your complaint - it could be that your request will be sympathetically considered and that would give you another avenue through which to seek satisfaction.
