I have not submitted an OPA complaint as they are on the OPA negative list already and do not want to waste their time. I doubt the OPA can even push these crooks to payup.

Instead I am e-mailing, calling all the time and requesting from within my paypal account for the payment. They may give in soon and get sick of my pressuring.
So far they have cancelled 4 of my money requests within paypal but I will keep on requesting everytime they cancel.
