nd66, I have been giving some thought to your Ruby Dragon complaint and the OPA policy of generally not accepting complaints from folks who play at OPA NOT RECOMMENDED casinos. May I suggest that you try approaching the OPA Complaints Section with a special request that they handle your complaint - it could be that your request will be sympathetically considered and that would give you another avenue through which to seek satisfaction.
