I was trying to establish whether Extreme etc management had alid grounds for locking you out as far as you know, and from what you say they apparently did not. Putting you on a negative database for no apparent reason and without the right of appeal prior to locking you out without getting what is due to you is clearly bad casino practise.
You have attempted to resolve the issue directly with casino management, so I would now suggest that you lodge a complaint at GG, and that you contact the RTG complaints guy Tom (?)Brailey. As I said earlier, this group is already a resident on the OPA NOT RECOMMENDED list for previous similar behaviour, so that line of complaint is unfortunately closed to you.
If you can persuade RTG to tell you what it is (they claim that all their productions are "legally licenced and fully insured"), you might also complain to the licencing jurisdiction about the treament you are receiving.
You should hang in on this issue - too often players decide that it is just too much hassle to pursue a legit complaint, and that only encourages sub-standard casinos.
