But you missed one thing, I've mentioned yesterday that Internetcomission submitted a SECOND request on 8/6. Did you read that? Or are you still holding a grudge and trying to get every opportunity to help your friend?
Let it go, you and your friend have everything mixed up that you don't know what's true and what's not anymore. Let the real professionals whom have been taking care of these types of problems, do their job.
Another issue that still remains unresolved is their iolation of the privacy policy. The fact that Ellen knew that I was 24 when nobody, I mean nobody not even the portal owners that I've asked for help knew that, tells me that Winnersplayground not only change their T&C frequently, they iolate it all the time as well.
I've never posted anything on the web, until this WP problem came along. I've only posted the same story (thread #1), on three boards. At gonegambling, here, and fairbet. The fairbet owner was the one that advised me to post it here because you get more exposure. And the only board that I have been frequenting is this one, and I have not mentioned my age at all, until Ellen came up with the magic 24. And she says that she found that out from other people? Whom? She can lie all she wants, people can go to the boards I've mentioned and they will find no mention of my age. Furthermore, I'm under an alias here and in other boards.
See how Winnersplayground is messed up? They need to be put down. This kind of behavior is totally unacceptable. And also people who supports these kinds of casinos...we know who...are just as bad as they are. That is my opinion you can agree or disagree all you want, but the fact that big gaming portals such as gonegambling had removed Winnersplayground from their website, should lighten up a light bulb to "smaller" gaming portal owners. But there are always those thick headed ones, that are too stubborn to see the big picture, and follow the leaders of this business.

Thankfully, the people who are willing to support WP are only a few, and hopefully the majority will be aware that Winnersplayground is no good, and they should be taken out of business.
