Sorry Mrracetrack for not answering that question, although I can only try to figure the answer out myself, I never asked those exact words. From what I gather, WP changed their gambling age to 25 therefore they froze his account (no I don't agree that is the proper way to do it, IMO they should of emailed him to withdraw his money, which by the way I'm sure they would of requested a faxback like ANY casino on the net does) So think about it, even if they told him before his acct. was frozen, he still would be in the same boat I think, refusing to send a fax back. Now I am not sure if that's the only reason, maybe they THOUGHT he was a bonus abuser (which I have no idea how to determine, NOR am I accusing him of that)either way, they should not of ignored him, etc. etc. but now I just try to help and he's still refusing to send this form in, so obviously this whole thing is becomming irrelevant IMO.
Mrracetrack, what I mean when I said I agree with you 100%, is that yes, it is a fair question, like I had said earlier, I am waiting for some answers from them, which will probably be after 3am since they're 6 hours ahead. I wish I could answer them for all of us!
But I have to admit, I would like to know why he's being so stubborn about the fax back, even if they're wrong.. DO IT, GET YOUR $$$$
